  3 DEC 16 Positive - Very nice, well laid-out, clean store. Great selection. Staff seems very knowledgeable. Negative - Poor customer service/attitude by staff person. Large sign at front of store said 20% off one item. No discount given when checking out. Staff member pointed to a smaller sign behind the register and stated I needed a coupon from their e-mail to receive the discount. There was a third sign in front of the register that said 20% off one item. Like the first sign no requisites listed to receive the discount. After this was brought to the attention of the staff person they stated, "I don't make the rules." Result - I will shop online or at a different Wild Birds Unlimited store in the future.
