  I came worried about my old phone not working. Unsure what to expect. I was pleasantly greeted and within seconds offered to save in my plan. I was able to walk out not only with a better phone, but with better service. Thank you Ed for your attention to details.

  Mr. DuVoire was super helpful, he got me set up with my brand new phone immediately. He made sure that I had everything needed before I left the store. He even took the time to transfer items from my old phone to the new phone and even put my accessories on for me! (I totally admit I’m the needy customer that is a perfectionist and he catered to my every need with a huge smile the entire time!) I would 10/10 recommend going to him if you are looking to sign up for a new contract, plan, questions, etc.
