  Bad experience. 1. First time around Kitchen Magic "crew" hanged only a semblance of protective enclosure around the work area while taking the old veneers off and the whole first floor was covered with saw dust. (During the final attempt they hanged a good one and the house stayed clean). 2. Replacement veneers came in faulty twice. So the project was put on hold for a total of 1.5 month. That is 1.5 month of chaos instead of the promised 4-5 days. All together the project took exactly 2 months. 3. The first "crew" was doing a poor job and my wife or myself had to constantly watch them over and point out defects in their work. The last "crew" was good. 4. Kitchen Magic also installed the new wall oven. After they left we realized it wasn't leveled. The project manager promised to send a worker to address the issue. The worker never came. At that point I was too exhausted of dealing with KM and just hired someone else to correct the problem. Since I was very vocal about all of the above KM gave me a concession around 10% of the total cost.
