  I take one star off solely because for 2 weekend appointments in a row, b Bridals by Elena overbooked their appointment slots and were full when we arrived (early), despite me calling and confirming my appointments days in advance. This place needs to fix their problems, not just displace them by moving people around or making one group leave early to make room for us. Very unprofessional. That said, I had four appointments here and very nearly bought a dress here! There is great selection, various prices, and Terri who helped me through every appointment is AMAZING. she goes above and beyond for her girls, and has great fashion sense when it comes to finding a dress that fits YOU. She made trying on close to 40 dresses FUN!! The general decor of Bridals by Elena is stunning as well. Its a large space, big enough to have 3 separate platforms with their own seating so 3 large parties at once can watch their bride try on gowns. The shop is all hard wood floors, and above the huge mirrors at each platform is a monitor showing you the back of the dress as you face the mirror. Very smartly done. I recommend trying Bridals by Elena to find your gown, but make sure to ask for Terri! She is no nonsense and will truly work hard to help you find the dress of your dreams.

  My dress was perfect thanks to Elena. I went to four dress shops and came back to Elena’s. They customized my dress by hand beading sleeves. Guests were shocked it didn’t come with the dress they matched so perfectly. Terry and the sales team really knew their stuff! They were super accommodating especially for this out of town bride.
